Our Story.
Norris Trucking has been in operation for 25 years. Owner, Wendell Norris, was born and raised in Waltonville, Illinois. His passion for trucking began when he first purchased his 1980 Freightliner and a 40 foot Transcraft Flat Bed trailer. He then soon realized that trucking would be his devotion.
Shortly after, Norris Trucking was established, he soon would marry his wife, Beverly. Beverly plays a very intricate roll in the daily operations of the company. They knew they wanted to make this a family business which has grown to include 25 trucks and multiple trailers to include: Flat Beds, Step Decks, Vans, Multi Axle RGN's, and our newest 13 Axle trailer.
Being the biggest company was never their goal, however having seasoned drivers, experienced dispatchers, and an available 24 hour staff, makes Norris the logical choice.
